How are CHEAP ballast bags?

I have been wanting to get some more fat sacs for our Sanger V215, but before I blow my money on them I wanted to get some opinions on the different brands.
Of course some of the better ones like the new Ronix bags and FlyHigh should be more reliable... but really how much more reliable or "better" are they???
I really just want more weight. I don't need any fancy features. just looking for the best weight per dollar ratio that won't leak into our boat. So with that said, lets hear some opinions. Thanks!
