Right now i have a 2004 parks board lined up but its a 138 and my weight is 144 is this board going to be to big for me?

i dont think so. i ride a 139 and im 155. all personal preference though, so who knows.

You'll be fine. I weight around 140 and ride a 138 Transcend.

Ok thanks for the help. Do you guys know much about the 2004 parks board and parks bindings, i like the look of it and everything it just feels a little on the heavy side?

Parks boards are for most people not the easiest to ride. People often get confused by the speed of the board and think they're jumping great. Often they demonstrate small pop with lots of distance. It can also be a hard board to ride based on how your edging is. My suggestion is to slow down. Work on your progressive edge. Even if flying across the wakes feels great, slow it down go for more of a w2w and focus on standing tall to maximize your pop.
