Anyone else have a hard time getting in touch with or an answer from earmark?
Seems like every time I call in, no one answers for either purchasing, online store, or accounting dept.
Have to leave a message with no call backs and sending email gives the error: "Your message could not be sent. Please contact the store admin."
What is the store admin #?

Odin at Earmark Marine is a good friend of mine. I know that this time of year it's not unusual for him to put in 16 hour days, day after day and go on just a few hours of sleep.
I've never known a time when he doesn't address his emails and calls by end of the same day, unless he is sick or traveling.
Emails and calls are answered in the same order in which they are left. So it does no good to hang up and call back without leaving a message.

Actually they are doing absolutely fantastic without me. I'm proud of them.
This is an intense time of the season when boats are delivering at a high pace and everyone is building systems. Memorial Day gets here quick.
And hiring seasonal people to help out who don't have years of experience is not the answer.
So they just have to put in the extra hours and make sure everyone gets responded to the same day even if its getting late.

I hear some shops are booking 5-6 weeks out already. Dont give up hope, its just that the quality shops are flooded this time of year and it takes some time to get back with inquiries.
