great wake... i have ridden behind one 2x.... it was big... i did not find it as steep as some of the other supra wakes, but big and meaty.... it was loaded with gravity games bags and i think we were riding at about 70'-75'

From what I hear similar to the Malibu LSV wake, definately more mellow than the 22 or 21.

the wake is definitely more like a malibu. it's a big ramp, diggs is right its not as short and steep as most supras. the wake gets big and wide, i rode at 75' and it felt like riding at 80' behind my xlv

I rode behind the one one that they had at the WWC in orlando and still to this day it is one of my favorite wakes ever. It is BIG. I think they had about 2500 to 3000 lbs in it and it was awesome. I would like to see some pics of it too because it was a while ago.

I have ridden a 2007 24SSV and it was big. Obviously with nearly 2k in ballast in a already big boat(4klbs) it was bound to be large, but this was mean!

My comparison for this is a cross between a SANTE with 2k lbs and a X30 wide wake. You get the huge pop from the Nauti wake and you have the width of the X30. And yes it's like hitting a brick wall like the Nauti too!

We actually had to dial in the wake. We dropped about 500 from the front bag so things were not so washy at my speed (which was 22mph). In retrospect, I would have increased my line length to 80' and speed to 23-24mph and that probably would have done better.

As a novice I would say that the wake is a great size, even without extra weight. I need to dial it is and learn what is best for it. I have found that I need to ride faster to clean it up.

Any thoughts why at 21/22 it is washing out?

Bazel,

Shorten up the rope or ride faster

It is 4K pound boat you have to go at least 23 for a good wake. It really doesn't make that much of a difference. I go about 22.5 behind our 02 VLX but like 24 behind an SSV

I wakeskate behind this boat with half full ballast and wakeplate at 50%. It is still beefy and CLEAN at 21.5 mph

Right up there with a completely slammed (3500+ lbs.) picklefork X-Star as the best wake I've ever ridden, and I've yet to ride a 24SSV with anything over stock ballast (roughly 2200 lbs. in the Gravity Games I think?) and 4 people. It's huge and rampy, but still has plenty of lip to boot you. Pretty much a perfect shape. I found the width to be incredibly narrow for such a huge boat. We were riding 75', but would have gone to atleast 80' had we had enough rope; even the shortest cuts were ending up in the trough. 23.5 mph and about 82' would have made for even better air AND smooth landing. I'd say it's the only inboard boat over 23' I'd ever want.

P.S. Everytime I ride behind the Supra, it takes me half a set to adjust the next time I ride my 2000 X-Star wake with 1800 lbs., because it feels like I'm hitting a small speed bump by comparison, and that's saying something. Wakes like the 24SSV can really spoil you.

Here are a few from a Sunsport 24 (same hull) with about 2k-2.2k lbs and 4 people. Don't recall the line length. The wake was scary big. Extremly meaty, with a great ramp. Not nearly as much of a wall as my Mobius LSV.

Pics were really nice before I had to resize them. :-(
