You've listed two models and a manufacturer. Kinda like which is faster, a chevy camaro, ford mustang or a Porsche............hard to offer any actual comparison, bit its safe to say a pro-axial HLCD will be louder at riding distance.
With any 6.5-inch HLCD, regardless of brand, you will have a dominant horn with very little lower midrange and almost no midbass to keep pace with the HLCD tweeter. The Krypt is probably the worst example of this.
Will the two pair of Krypt 6.5" HLCDs be louder at wake range than one pair of Kicker KMT60s? Sure they will at 5kHz. But they hold zero amplitude advantage at 2kHz and lower. So the Krypt holds the peak output advantage but the averaged output across the entire audio spectrum is about equal.
