Hello guys. So my season started but now when I can call myself an advanced rider the air gets really high and the landings are not as soft as wanted. Others also calls me cable park rat
So the problem is that now I kinda started to feel a big joints ache at night or when I try to rest after shreddin. I shred about once everyday sometimes twice the sessions is about 45 mins. Mainly I ride at system 2.0 so the ache is not only the knee joints but also elbow joints. Someone maybe has the same problem or know how to avoid it ?
