Thanks hatenpain. We bought some 3/2's also. So yesterday we tested Scimitar's, 3/2/1's, 3/2's and some blue hex FAMS. James prefered the 3/2/1's with the C-5 canards to all other configurations. In the pictures above, we are down on weight about 600 pounds, from our normal configuration. With the weight down, James was punching through the lip a bit. Hopefully with additional weight today, we'll get a better test. The 3/2's and FAMS are not worth investing in. The Scimitar's trim faster than the 3/2/1's but the 3/2/1's generate more squirt than the Scimitars and provide more "terminal velocity" if you will. Also, the 3/2/1's are abrupt, when they lay over on edge it's not smooth, it's almost jerky, but for James he is able to capitalize on that and really lean on the rail.
