I can't compare it to the regular Marek but the nova is incredibly light. Barely floats in the water its so light.

A good way to practice off the water that a good friend taught me is to get your handle. Hook up a bungee cord to it and put a gallon jug of water on the other end and use the momentum of swinging it...

Well I used to ride the ronix one so I don't know how close those are but in the flats the speed is great. You can pretty easily jet across the wake and land far into the flats. It's a big upgrade...

Just picked up my 2014 Axis A22 Vandall today. Couple pics.

Picked up my new Vandall today and I have to say i'm super impressed on her looks and performance. Just blew me away hitting that wake for the first time. And surfing behind her was awesome too!
