I do it exactly how Tanner does it....works for me everytime. <BR>P.S. I used to power onto the trailer, but after hitting the bunks a couple times with the prop I had to figure out a better way.

If I had to guess I would agree that the key is the problem. It is actually called a woodruff key, and it is very important you don't just buy any key. You should use the correct one for a propeller...
