I also am a loan officer and depending on what state you live in I can help you out.. Some banks (US Bank) are still offering 2nd mortgages/ equity lines. I would not recommend doing this though....

yes they are cool. I enjoy riding them also. However if I see a boat coming pulling someone I try and not wreck the calm water in front of them. They need to add that to the boaters ediquette manual.
