Smell the plugs black usually means gas not water. If it was water they would be white. But smell them and see if they smell like fuel. It is probably ignition system based on what you describe.

The college waterski teams have an event in there tournaments that is trick skiing/ wakeboarding. My sister is on her water ski team and the wakeboarding is grouped in with the ski team.

I have never heard of a ford 7.0l boat engine. I have heard of a 7.5 that is the 460ci motor. I dont think i would want a motor that big in the uk because of the high gas prices. <BR>
