has anyone had any problems with the zero off perfect pass in cloudy/rainy weather... it just shuts down whenever it loses signal for a second... dropped 3 people in the middle of their rides...

hdpe is the way to go.. we have got away with a lot using 3/8 but half is better is you can afford it.. I think we paid $116 a sheet for 3/8" x 4'-6" x 8'-1 sheets and about $160 a sheet for 1/2"....

If you are looking for the comfort and mobility of a comp vest try on a hyperlite side entry cga.. the jet pilot murray, or the jet pilot recoil... all of those are really good options for cga vests....
