Just had to write a quick note to anybody looking for a tower.. nothing beats the service you get from Monster. Those guys love what they do and they do anything they can to make you happy. I was out on the weekend with my new tower when I noticed one of the heim joint bushings was not quite seated properly, causing a bit of slack in the tower. Not a big deal, but something I wanted fixed as I am going away houseboating today and taking up my boat with me. Told Bill at Monster on Monday, he made sure I had my part, shipped out next day air, all at no charge, so I could fix it and be ready to leave today. I also wanted a tower mirror kit before I left so he gave me a great deal on the next day air freight for that part. <BR> <BR>I've dealt with many companies, large and small, and never had the excellent customer service like they offer at Monster. My hat goes off to you guys.. thanks again!!!!
