I've had PP installed on my boat for about 3 or 4 seasons, and the servo locked up this weekend. First problem I've had with it. This happened to anyone else?

Usually happens if you got it wet for some reason

Yeah ours is like that right now.

yep mine went out last season, picked up a new one from perfect pass for about $100. The replacement one went out a few weeks later, they overnighted me another one no questions asked. I've been meaning to have the bad ones rebuilt but haven't gotten around to it.

Yep, happened a few years back it froze solid. PP was way quick on getting me a new one and it's a trivial fix, tho. Not as pricey as I thought it'd be, either.

As usual, PP was extremely helpful. They sent me instructions on tearing down the servo motor to clean out the rust and get it going Macgyver style.

I also need to relocate my servo assembly. We take water over the transom several times a day when wakesurfing, and the servo assembly is right at the transom, right by the crack between the deck and the rear hatch lid. I'm sure that's where the water came from.

trace could you shoot those instructions over to me? I'd like to give it a shot on my bad ones.
