I am so mad, I ordered a vest from wakearsenal.com because they had what I wanted and there arn't any wakeboard shops near me. I order the vest and it gets backordered for 2 weeks, that's not too bad I figured that would happen. Once the backorder date passes I check and see they are shipping the vests again it takes them 5 days to ship to my house, it has been 2 and a half months. I've sent them multiple e-mails to find out what's going on and I haven't got a response yet. I've called them, again no help. I canceled my order because I'm done waiting, I just needed to vent because it's just made me so mad. So now I'm going to order my vest from wakeside.com, I was just wondering if I will actually get a vest from them.

You have to realize too that a lot of shops are getting super short on inventory... reorders are nearly impossible at this time of year (many manufacturers are already almost out of 2006 product). <BR> <BR>Try not to blame it on the shop... I've worked in a pro shop before, and trust me, playing the middleman between product and customer is not at all fun. Especially when the customer is irritated... Just look at it this way: if they had the vest in stock, and it took them 5 days to ship it, you probably would have been stoked about how quick the turnaround was. <BR> <BR>I understand your frustration, as I've been there... but I've also been on the other end of the gun as well.
