I am so mad, I ordered a vest from wakearsenal.com because they had what I wanted and there arn't any wakeboard shops near me. I order the vest and it gets backordered for 2 weeks, that's not too bad I figured that would happen. Once the backorder date passes I check and see they are shipping the vests again it takes them 5 days to ship to my house, it has been 2 and a half months. I've sent them multiple e-mails to find out what's going on and I haven't got a response yet. I've called them, again no help. I canceled my order because I'm done waiting, I just needed to vent because it's just made me so mad. So now I'm going to order my vest from wakeside.com, I was just wondering if I will actually get a vest from them.

thats weird i have had nothing but great service/product from wake arsenal..sorry to hear that..

You have to realize too that a lot of shops are getting super short on inventory... reorders are nearly impossible at this time of year (many manufacturers are already almost out of 2006 product).

Try not to blame it on the shop... I've worked in a pro shop before, and trust me, playing the middleman between product and customer is not at all fun. Especially when the customer is irritated... Just look at it this way: if they had the vest in stock, and it took them 5 days to ship it, you probably would have been stoked about how quick the turnaround was.

I understand your frustration, as I've been there... but I've also been on the other end of the gun as well.
