Chicago, IL – Centurion Boats was awarded the 2020 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). Award recipients were acknowledged Thursday, March 4th during the NMMA’s 2021 State of the Recreational Boating Industry and Awards Presentation. This is the third year in a row that Centurion Boats has received this award and the sixth such award for Fineline Industries, D.B.A. Centurion and Supreme Boats in the past four years, the company is just one of nine in its segment to receive the prestigious honor.
The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020. Participating manufacturers must survey all new boat buyers during this period. For this reporting period, the program surveyed more than 175,000 customers.
Reflecting on the award Paul Singer, President of Centurion Boats stated, "Receiving NMMA's Award for excellence in Customer Satisfaction is a direct result of our empowered employees and a reflection of their commitment to Making Lives Better for our valued owners!"
