The Fred Hall Boat Show provides Southern California wakeboarders the unofficial start of the wakeboarding season with the Slide Show. Every year a select few pro wakeboarders descend on the Del Mar fairgrounds to give the uninitiated their first interaction with wakeboarding, in a parking lot none the less.

Whether you're a seasoned veteran or merely a rookie, you can’t help but appreciate the abilities of the pros on hand. Liquid Force brought in a few of their rail specialists with 2010 Alliance Rider of the Year Tom Fooshee and Del Mar Slide Show veteran Collin Harrington. Local rippers Eddie and Jacob Valdez rounded out the foursome on the rails.

The four riders provided plenty of entertainment to those on hand. Unfortunately, with every sport there is also the chance for injury. Jacob Valdez had a spill on Friday and was unable to join in on the festivities for the rest of the weekend. Early reports are that Jacob will be just fine with some bumps and bruises.
