Here we are on year 26 of our annual survey of the best riders and products in wake! Ever since Parks Bonifay and Dallas Friday dominated the Top Wakeboarder categories, and Brian Grubb took the Top Wakeskater division back in our first year (2001) you've been voting for your favorite riders and products. We didn't even have a Top Wakesurfer category back then! Rookie of the Year was a kid who went by the name of Phillip "Froggy" Soven. Wakeboard of the Year was the Hyperlite Premier and Binding of the Year was the Hyperlite Belmont. 12 Honkeys was the Video of the Year and the Super Air Nautique took the very first Boat of the Year honors.
There is no source more accurate at determining the riders and products that have had the most impact on our sport throughout the year than the fans themselves (yup, that's you)! With 25 years of WakeWorld Riders Choice Awards behind us, we embark on year 26 with as much enthusiam and excitement as ever. The past 12 months have been a super exciting time in the wake universe and we can't wait to hear YOUR opinion about the riders and products that made a difference to YOU.
Below is the official WakeWorld Riders Choice Awards ballot. Keep in mind that you do not have to vote in every category to submit your entry or be eligible to win. All we require is that you vote for at least one rider in the Top Male Wakeboarders category. The rest of the voting is optional, so make your opinions known below and send a message to the wakeboarding industy telling them what you like!
There is only one ballot submission permitted per person. Multiple submissions will disqualify all submissions (and contest entry) for that voter. Voting closes at midnight on 9/30/26. Thanks for voting!
