Whats up my peeps! We are putting together a Wakeboard Fitness/Trampoline exercises bootcamp for the entire month of April. FitnessSynergetics will focus on the fitness/muscle building and conditioning aspect to get ready for the wakeboard season, while NORCAL Faction team rider Jason Callen will lead the group on trampoline training. The cost is $100.00 per person and that is for 4 weeks, every Saturday for the month of April. Location is TBD, but we are looking at either the San Jose area or Discovery Bay area. mostly focusing on getting your legs, core, arms and upper body back into using the muscles you primarily use in wakeboarding. The focus will be on muscle conditioning and stregth building. All the exercises will be ones that you can do on your own during the week.. Jason will work on the trampoline with everyone to work on propper posture, handle pass technics, spins, maybe inverts?

Hey Everyone, so as of right now, we tenatively are looking to have the wakeboard fitness/Trampoline exercise bootcamp in San Jose at the Liqiuid Playground. We are working out the details but that looks like it will be the location. Due to the high response of attendants for this event, we would like to have all RSVP's and prepayment for your attendance no later than March 20th.
