Been hoping for an update to the mondo. Looks like this is it. Hopefully can get one nicely equipped for under 60k.

If I had to guess I say it replaces the LSV. In the 21ft range.
The mondo replaced outback v at 20.5
Craze upped to 22ft
And Mojo went to 23.

Actually, the Craze fully replaced the LSV (most of the time boats lines upgrade, they go up in length, not down), which would make the Helix an all new line. This is Moomba's run to keep in the budget boat arena. And with the rising costs in the industry, Shorter boats (meaning less raw materials used in construction) is the only way for companies to keep things affordable! However, I feel they should shoot more for the $50k mark however, not $60k!

If it can be had for 60K$ CDN I'd look to switch out my Sanger, if for no reason than the higher freeboard.

Is it just me or is the interior very Nautique-ish?! Minus the better grade of materials and fit and finish of course...

Good on ya Moomba! The prices for the top tier boats has gotten completely out of hand (in my opinion). It'd be different if Moomba's reputation was as cheap as their prices... wait, did i just call $60-80k boats cheap?
My Paw Paw used to say "It'll cost ya about $1,000 per foot for a boat! That's incredible!". Now it's like 5x that! And we're not talking 50 years ago... maybe 15.

yes, very square with walk through transom.
my sanger makes me nervous sometimes when loaded down with a newb on the wheel. About the only reason I see to change

Boat looks good. At the price point they are selling this boat for it's going to be hard for first time buyers to even consider a Yamaha or Scarab.
Not a lot of options for this boat which is understandable for the price point.
I don't know why they didn't include the new color display on all 16' models though. Kind of sucks for everyone that just ordered a new boat at the boat shows.
I wonder if they will retool the mondo to be a true 21' boat kind of like they did with the Mojo.

You do a build on the website. Too bad exchange rate is so atrocious. Still $80000 CDN pre tax with common options included.

I wish it was more pickle fork. Kind of reminds me of an old Placecraft deck boat bow.

Not a bad looking little boat even if it looks like a G21'ish clone. Could be a good seller for Moomba if it looks as good in person as it does in pictures at <$60k.

Didn't even think about the bow speakers.
Those wouldn't feel good at all slammed in your back while watching the action.

That tower looks like a Roswell aviatior, which are some pretty damn good towers from what I've researched and seen

Decent move Skiers Choice! Everything you will need and more for around $60K. I'm a fan of the redesign helm so you have more of a view out the windshield when fully seated. Can't wait to see the Helix in person...

Wave looks good for stock. Good shape, should be killer with more weight. I don think the bow looks that terribly bad.
This could be my next purchase if the price is right. Maybe next winter
