Napster has the best DRM around (not surprising after all the legal trouble they were in), plus I found their bit rates (a.k.a. quality) to be lower
I've tried napster, itunes, and musicmatch. For some reason I was only able to get the downloads from musicmatch to work in premiere, but keep in mind that was almost a year ago… Thing could have changed since then.
For making CDs I would read the fine print and find the service that
1) Has the songs you like
2) Has the highest bit rates (because more is better=)
Kazaa - It works for some people, but I steer clear of it! All it take is one nasty infection and you'll end up spending hours upon hours trying to fix it! For those infected folks you might find this useful:
