That is actually a great idea IMO. I could use one, especially when we are hitching a ride with someone else.

woot! someone agrees! I'd love to see one, wakeboards are a lot wider than skateboards but its still gotta be possible with stronger straps

ten80 had a wakeskate bag that had back pack straps. i dont know if they still make it. wakeboards are huge and are awkward to carry on your back. your legs will it it when you walk probably. i would suggest that you just get a board bagwith a shoulder strap.

is there a snowboarding back pack? i would think so so you could hike up a mountain and snowboard down, but snowboards are just as long as wakeboards...the only thing i could see is that wakeboards are so wide.

Either Hyperlite or LF makes an 08 model that has backpack straps on it. I forget which brand, though.

Hyperlite Team bag has the back pack straps. Looks pretty awesome. Would not want to climb Everest with it! But looks pretty handy.

I've got a padded wakeboard bag with the backpack straps. I've had it for many years. I bought it from a friend who got it at Midwest Mastercraft. He picked it up in the late 90's. It only has the Midwest Mastercraft logo on it.

We got an O'brien padded bag last year with back pack straps and you can get most all your gear in it (vest, towel, rope, helmet). But like Mitch said it does hit your legs when walking. We usually just use the shoulder strap.

Quiksilver makes a snow backpack that is made to carry a snowboard. It's in the premium line though, and it's almost $500, but hey if your willing to pay more for your back pack then your board then go ahead. http://www.hdosport.com/Quiksilver-Premium-Snow-Pack-395.htm
