I am 6'2", and weigh 215. I ride behind a friends 06' MC X1 with stock ballast with 1-2 people. The wake sucks for my big a$$. What size board should I be using, and how do I need to weigh the boat and at what speed should I ride at?

The IS Blue is a pretty good board for most riders and can surf small wakes. I weight 220, but I've built up my wake fairly steep.
