long shot here...... 2 families auctioned off a "wakeboarding party" for our kids school fundraiser. I fought (and lost) for the venue to be at a better place (no offense to the Anderson locals). Short story is we are having about 20 people (2-3 boats) on Anderson on 8/12. Our current plan is to set up a shore camp, however we are looking for a patio boat to rent to uses as a floating dock anchored in one of the 5 zones. I'm just going to lay out the ideal situation: We meet somebody with a patio boat at the lake. They launch their boat and we go to a five zone and anchor up. We whip up a rental contract, pay (cash), and shuttle the owner back to the dock in our boat. We do the reverse in the afternoon for the pick up. We just want a floating platform, we do not want to drive the boat around, and would prefer not to launch/retrieve the patio boat. (I can launch/retrieve my boat in my sleep, even on the Anderson ramp on a Saturday, but I have never done so with a patio boat) The group is a bunch of Catholic 40-something year old parents....no kids (or dogs). The hosts (myself and a buddy) have years and years of boating experience. Expected time is about 9:30 until 3-4pm. If any wakeworld folks could help out or know of somebody it would be appreciated. Thanks
