Any tips on the cheapest place to find perfect pass? I'm thinking about adding it to my boat.

Two years ago I tried shopping around. I couldn't find any deals, besides seeing some incomplete packages on ebay.

I ended up ordering direct form pp, 1099. Same price as elberts.com.

I just bought WB Pro and installed myself from PP direct. $1099. Boooo!!! Way overpriced but worth every penny!

I know yours is a BU, but here is a group buy:

You might try malibuboatowners.com to see if they have a group buy, or check with the CC owner's board if a different gauge is available on their group buy.

If it is worth every penny than how can it be overpriced?? Kind of sounds like an oxymoron to me!

if you are patient a woman on ebay (username snorklepuppy) sells them for $850-900 (dealer OEM overstock). I got mine for $850 shipped from her. Of course it had the wrong guage for my boat (5" vs 3.5") but i found someone on here with the opposite problem and we traded ($8 in shipping). It is also for a PCM engine which requires as shorter servo cable, but i talked to randy today and he's sending me the right servo cable for $25 plus shipping. So all in all it was about $890 total.

oh and if you go that direction and need to swap guages perpect pass will swap for the correct one for $50 + $18

DJL,
I know it's an oxymoron. It's kinda like a "bitter sweet" feeling.

There is a group buy going on at MBO where I can save some money. I'm a little sour on ebay these days. Bought two gas scooters on there and both of them were crap.

I thought the word was oxymoronic.

I have a system for sale on eBay. It's item number 2474627311. It's literally hard to tell from new with a "buy it now" price of $795.
