Well after what seemed like months and months of searching I finally bought a 215. It's an 08 with only 47hrs. I couldn't be more happy. The boat was down in SoCal so I drove and got it yesterday. Now it's time to get my system put in and get out there! See you guys on the dirty d!

I filled them all up to make sure they all worked and it looked decent. My plan is to put some lead in the front and and back along with the stock ballast. For surfing I'll throw a sac on whatever side were surfing. It'll take some fine tuning to figure it out I'm sure.

Nice boat Danny! I really like that tower better than the newer ones too. IMO I would remove the 215. It will look cleaner that way. A little too much going on right now. I like the Sanger graphic though. Good color scheme. You got one of the best years for the V215.

Thanks guys. The wheels on my truck are 22x14 fuel nutZ. I wish they made them in 18s for the trailer! Would be sick to match.
My buddy from Jacopi designs is getting ahold of the boat this week. 3 pairs of rev10s. 3 pairs of xs650s. 6 arc amps. 2 12w6v3s. And then a whole bunch of leds! I'll post pics when he's done

Nate. Justin Jacopi. He owns Jacopi designs. Does amazing work. He has done 2 of my trucks, he did my first boat and now this one. I got so many compliments on how crisp and clear my system was on my old boat. My truck is crazy loud and this system is gonna be ridiculous. His attention to detail is awesome. I told him to send me progress pics as he does it so I will post em on here!

Yup, I'll probably stop by Friday if he is working on it. I want to get some ideas for my Sanger. I might just update my stock speakers and add an amp, beyond that I'm not sure what else. I want to see where he installs your amps

If you decide to re-anodize the Tower supports they have a UV-blocker clear coat that they anodize over the top of the traditional clear. Sucks when the black fades to the purple. I have a few pieces (Bimini supports) that have started to turn like your supports. Or you could strip them and leave them raw and clear them or Powder coat them

My tower supports turned purple exactly like grant described. I ended up having them powder coated black and the rings done blue.

I gotta say, Sanger makes about the best looking boats out there. Nearly perfect lines in my opinion. Especially with that Bigair tower. I've been hoping to come across a decently priced V215 in my area of Canada but they're pretty rare here. I get a little jealous every time i look at this thread or the slumpin sangers one.

1100 is a big ass bag so idk maybe 3/4 full. If I need more weight after I do the 750s I'll just put some
Lead back there.

Started on the stereo install over the weekend. Got the wetsounds up. Built my amp rack, built some little speaker holders for up in the bow and got my batteries mounted. All I got a pic of was wetsounds. I'll take some more pics as it goes along.

4 rev 10s are loud enough. You won't even hear the rev 8s I feel Sorry for whoever sits in the rear of that boat. I think you system might be worth more than the actually boat itself

So the system is done and All the leds in. I didn't do any led rings on the speakers cus I ran outta money. But I will soon. He put led strips in all the compartments as around the boat. Gonna make it way easier to see at night. Also got the tint done 5%. It's raining here in NorCal so I won't get to hear how loud it is for a couple days. Anyways justin did an amazing job!! I'll post more pics next week!

What do you plan on doing to get that JL sub to fit in front of the fiberglass kick plate? Looking to put a bigger sub in mine but that fiberglass piece limits it. Looks like you took it all out.

When you first got it, did you by chance have it parked at the launch in Discovery Bay? I was down in that area around then and drove by the ramp on Orwood and saw this sick black Sanger, which looked just like yours, almost down to the detail.

J, All custom box prices will vary. It depends on how custom you want, paint, plexy, lights, size, etc. Every box will have its own price. If I told you the price I paid for my two boxes, you would poop your pants, but there is so much detail and little things I asked for, the average eye wouldn't recognize. You should take your boat to either shop you mentioned and tell the what output you are looking for and let them finish the job and be done with it.

I don't want to jam up this fellows thread.
But I'm just looking for something ported, for 2 12's that will give me the output I should. I have 2 DC audio level 4's that should thump. The box that came in this boat when I got it is trash. Looks cool, sounds like poop

That's how it is now, with the "custom" box that was in the boat.
I wouldn't mind one under the helm, one in the locker.
I'm going to the adjustable pedestal for the seat

I could care less about custom.
I want some thump lol.
What boxes did you get? Do you have a link?
I have a single slot port box for 1 level 4, spec'd to it. I can fit in the locker.
But I need a ported box for under helm
If this is the one you are talking about, would work sweet if it fits. My sub calls for 1.5cu min ported

Maybe I got mine from hifisoundconnection. I cant remember but that box looks nicer then the ones i bought. I know mine is 18" wide. I cut out my foot rest and i have plenty of room. Fits right between the little false wall "supports" im going to get my boat saturday i can take some pics.

Do you think a 19 1/2" wide box would fit? How much leeway did you have on the 18" box?
My boat is covered because of this damn rain and I can't get in to measure.
But I want to have a new box by this weekend so I need to order!

19 1/2 will fit. You may have to cut down the pieces that the false wall mounts too but it will work. My 18 1/2 fit right in between those
