I have an 02 X-star. I beleive it has the original yellow KGB sac with the 3 fittings all on one end. The bottom is the fill/drain and the other two are overflow/vents. This bag is constantly getting air in it so it can't fill completely with water. I can sit and squeeze and "burp" the air out to fill it the rest of the way, but I would have to do this everytime. I'm thinking it gets air forced in there through the over flow and vent lines as I'm trailering it? Would putting a spring type check valve on these two lines (overflow and vent) prevent my problem? I would think with a spring check valve then the bag would get sucked down and compressed when draining and then the air wouldn't be forced in while trailering because of the spring check valves. Any ideas. Any one else have this problem?
