Do what caleb said, with slamming the back foot. I tend to ride the HS edge on the tail of the board. I just haul into the flats, and in one motion drop my back hip and shoulder and let go with my back hand. slam the back foot down, pull up the front a little. Holding them takes practice and muscle, and I can't hold mine for more than about 3 seconds at like a 50 degree angle (from the boat).... But initiating it is pretty simple. After getting it down and being able to hold it, then ollieing into it would be tight as HELL! And next riding season, I'm definitely giving that a run.
