its under warranty. i would wait another month...

its under warranty. i would wait another month and then send it back so they send you a 09 model instead of a left over 08

or you can just wait for it to get a little worse...

or you can just wait for it to get a little worse and get it warranteed for a new 09 board that is lighter but still the same shape
