I have a half day to kill in LA on Friday and I was wondering if there are any well stocked wakeboard/wakesurf stores within an hour of LAX.

I was thinking of heading south towards Santa Ana to check out Goalie Monkey so any shops in that area would be great.

You should check out Hockey Giant, I mean if you are looking a Goalie Monkey. Don't know about wakeboard stores.

If you head north on the 101 there is a great shop called Sports Ltd in woodland hills. The address is 22642 Ventura Blvd. The staff is super cool.

+1 for Wakesports Unlimited. Used to go to the San Diego shop several years ago when I lived down there. Tyler (I think that's the owner's name) is a really cool guy to work with and really enjoys what he does.
