wakebordr11 made a post in this thread: slalom ski?
Gloves could help but I think you have other things to work on like the ski position etc. get up on 2 and drop one like stated above.

[QUOTE=jtech;1892029]When he see's you put it in the water at the dock. Trust me, they might not know everything but some of them (the ones on my lake) do. He is my neighbor and patrols 3-4 days a week and is very in tune with the in's and outs of...

[QUOTE=jtech;1891989]Can't wait for the local Sheriff to have a field day with this one. Legal distance or not, we all know they will ignore the facts and come up with some BS reason to hassle you about surfing behind and I/O. Other than that,...

wakebordr11 made a post in this thread: How accurate is tow hitch rating?
How about you have someone install an aftermarket hitch and bring it to a good ol fashioned welder/fabricator country boy to apply a little bit of redneck ingenuity to handle the 6000lbs? CUSTOM!

wakebordr11 made a post in this thread: Bryant's I/O Surfable Boat
I feel that I will always personally be driven to inboards due to my propensity towards smaller lakes, smooth water and inboards overall performance with watersports, but I like the looks of this. If it performs as they say it does, I say why not...

[QUOTE=Rich_Bruening;1891897]I got a rare chance (as a nebraska boy) to ride a g23 in milwaukee, WI about a month ago during a dealers boat demo day. I'm not anything to brag about (3's, rolls, tantrums, a few raleys under my belt) and to say the ...

[QUOTE=andy_nintzel;1890910]Great 12 minutes on the RESURGENCE of the Scud, Darin Shapiro. WOW. Amazing old school footage, great new footage and Sidewayz is BACK. So Stoked on this, guess I better hit the gym! [url]http://vimeo.com/104328...

wakebordr11 made a post in this thread: Combo Boat
I'd go with the sunsetter. Those 80s nautiques aren't known for their slalom wakes. Also a sport Nautique is great but the boat isn't going to be THAT much bigger than your 87. The sunsetter is a bigger boat in those years than the competition.
