skiboarder made a post in this thread: Ronix Funboard?
I plan on sending it on the thing. We'll all find out fast well it works. Nacho kinda touched on the my pet-peeve with Ronix--Don't tell me how to use your boards!

skiboarder made a post in this thread: Ronix Funboard?
I should have one to play on soon. If you have held the Funboard it is definitely not a shape for the 90s. Imagine if a wakesurf board and a wakeboard had a baby. It has a ton of buoyancy and is designed to be ridden slow. It is built around someo...

skiboarder made a post in this thread: How Fast Do You Surf
^^^^Only if it is calibrated. Mine is within .25 or so and honestly, that is more than good enough. Also, When you are using decimals, no GPS is that accurate. Just for the sake of science. I compared my boat to my phone, to a cheap GPS and to ...

Behind my 25LSV with 750lb PnP in the rear lockers. 10.5-11 mostly. I've had guys on super buoyant boards ride as fast 12+ and You can really boost at that speed, but to me a little slower feels more like the ocean.

skiboarder made a post in this thread: 6.2 Raptor towing 23 LSV... input needed
I towed one behind a Ram 1500 (5.7liter, I think) for 2 years. Unless you are in the mountains, I'd see it as no problem.

skiboarder made a post in this thread: Shopping first board, point me in the right direction
^^^^Josh hit the nail on the head. With EVO you get what you pay for--cheap no frills. Support your local shop if you want service.

skiboarder made a post in this thread: Help me pick a new board for the wife
The faster the better. I've only seen a few girls ride late 3 stages and high rocker-lines well.

skiboarder made a post in this thread: What is your home cable park?
^^^^Yet the Houston parks are still closed another 2 weeks. I have been in trunks since Feb 8. The water on my river is 74F

skiboarder made a post in this thread: What is your home cable park?
I split Hangar 9 and Wakenation (Houston), but as hard as I try, I'm still primarily a boat bro.
