Sounds like he can't put any ballast in it anyway. That the system has to be disabled and certified. Only way to surf at that point is cheeto's to attract big girls!!

Just about every Manufacturer offers a 20 footer that will fit. Malibu VTX, Axis A20, Tige R20/ RZR/ 20V, Moomba OutbackV(or Mobuis LSV 21), Moomba 20V, MC 205V/ Then OG Xstar/ X-1/ X-2(all same boat), Nautique 200V. There's others also.

5 year loans??? You mean 10-20 year loans!!! On a 5 year loan a 100K boat with 20% down would be around $1600 a month. In my experience working for a dealership very few of the boats are paid for in cash.
