2009 Hyperlite Marek
The Marek boot was designed to the exact standards set forth by Rusty Malinoski. This is the most supportive boot in the Hyperlite line, yet due to the Asymmetrical lacing system, one of the easiest to get in and out of. The 1 pull lacing system makes for a fast lock down once you're in and an even faster release once your set is over. Combined with the new Low Pro plate system, which puts the rider closer to the deck of the board than ever before, the Marek is truly designed for performance.

Bought new, rode one time. After 2 tricks, right boot ripped at the seam. Tremendous pressure at the top of the feet when laced tight. Pull handle on one boot broke after two runs. Hope you like the looks, because this boot is terrible. Hyperlite replaced them with 2010 models cause they were out of 2009’s.

Bought them and hate them. Don’t get tight enough so my foot moves, applies a huge pressure point on the top of your foot, they are already breaking, and they are so stiff you can’t even grab in them. Get the liquid force watsons, because these are complete garbage....and they take literally like 5 minutes to take off and put on. Least favorite binding I’ve ever rode

Ripped 3 pair within 3 weeks of one another, also busted a pair right off the board from a backroll wreck. Not the best quality but very comfortable. I’m now ridding the Audio boot. like it!

They ripped at the seam from a bad fall within 2 minutes of riding them for the first time. Hyperlite needs to go back to the drawing boards so they will last longer out on the water.

Best boots ever. I’ve been in 10 different types of bindings and these boots are where its at. they are also supper light weight and when combined with the marek board i have the best set up i’ve ever touched. Great job Rusty and hyperlite

The best boots I have tried already.
Is not very easy to tie in and out but after you do, they are the best boots ever. Very confortable and grat suport. I used before The Atlas and the Murray 2008.
I think the atlas was the best before. but these Marek put them on the trash. I heart my ankle in the atlas and I was a bit scared to tried large triks on them. but the Mareks give me my confiance back.
