Ok, I really like the boot but they fall apart. The first pair back straps ripped off first time out. Warranty The next pair the rivits on the bottom of the boot came out and punched a hole in my Hyperlite Imperial board not happy. So board and bindings back at dealer. If you have these boots I suggest you pull them off your board and have a look at the rivits under the boot. I was told other riders have also had this problem.

These bindings are very easy to get in and out of but the size differance needs to be narrowed down for a tighter fit. 10.5-14.0 is to broad of a range and another fastener for the top of the foot would greatly improve on the hold factor

I just started riding 3 mos. ago and the Divide ’08 boots are my first pair. So far, they’ve held up well, considering I’ve experienced a lot of hard falls, and awkward spills while learning to ride in a cable park. I’ve been grinding my LF Team 139 board on sliders, rails, and kickers as well, and these bindings have given me the peace of mind and the confidence to do so.
PLUS POINTS: (1) SO EASY to secure/release when you need to; 2 straps per boot are a big help in getting that personal, snug fit (2)J-Bars provide good support even for an entry-level boot (3) Price is VERY reasonable for this quality (4) the simple, no B.S. look of the boots is just so damn cool!
NEEDED IMPROVEMENTS: (1) the Pull Straps in front need to be triple-stitched to last; mine broke in the 2nd month of use - DON’T OVERPULL! (2) Maybe Ronix can add another type of fastener above the ankle next year to help beginners avoid getting their bindings yanked from their legs when they hit the water hard!
Overall, this is really a GREAT BUY for riders who are just starting out and are eager to learn. The Ronix Divide ’08 will continue to perform and look good on the water, even on those days when you’re not.

This binding is great. Last season I have a cabal binding and divide is much better.
Its easy to enter the binding and also the binding holds the leg very good. I think that change cabal for this was great choice.

These boots are just like ’07s except built better. The issue with the back strap ripping off was fixed with them sewing it under instead of over the material. The fit is just as good, and as long as you take the time to strap in tight, they feel great. I would definitely buy these again.
