2007 Hyperlite State
A softer, more adjustable version of the Drive boot with a mid foot stretch zone allowing more riders to share their setup with varying foot sizes. The State boot is the crossing point between pro model reinforcement and recreational versatility. Pure comfort while never sacrificing support is the idea behind the States hybrid EVA/foam toe. The standard for ranging sizes and skill levels.

These bindings have worked pretty well for me when I was a rookie. I think I bought one size to big. Maybe thats why they are so easy to enter. Otherwise, comfortable and decent support. They do loosen to easily though. Seems like I am always tighting them after every little fall. One of the laces broke after some regular use. I am ready to upgrade to another Hyperlite model.

Not bad boots, pretty comfortable. The only problem I had was the laces breaking, they broke 4 times in one day.

these bindings coulda used some more research into them before their showcasing, they’re fairly comfortable, but they can be frustrating at times when you try to put them on, you definitely don’t wanna try putting them on without some goo or at least wetting them and they loosen up after a set or two so I advise checking them after every other pull, the quik ties really have to be cinched down for a snug feel and the support is so-so. The wingbolts also need to be checked every other pull since they can also loosen as you go. my biggest recommendation is to recenter the quik ties after riding as they tend to get off center which is prob’ly why they don’t cinch down as well when locking them down, but in all they’re a decent pair of bindings to start with.
