2006 Hyperlite 3DS
Chad Sharpe's platform to hard line riding with our most rigid backed boot. The 3DS is our stiffest boot in the line that feels more like your jumping on a chairlift than a swim deck. The 8th year running of this alpine inspired footwear contours to a rider's leg as much as their feet. Regardless of the support and stiffness, the 3DS is still one of the easiest boots on the market to get into. A soft conforming neo sock, and smooth snake skin means more time on the water without frustrations in the water.

these bindings are sick.there the first close toed bindings iv ever had and i freakin love them there so comfortable. ill never go back to open toed. these binding have great ancle support lots of side to side and back and forth action for huge grabs. the only thing wrong that u have to get used to is how loose they are around your feet aspecially if ur feet are skinny but other than that sick bindings. iv had mine for awhile and there starting to tear at the bottom and the freakin drawstrings dont work and one broke but i still dont want to get rid of them cause there so awesome. so yah go get a pair

even though i gave these bindings a 5, i’d say it is more of a 4.5 for 2 reasons - i wish they were a little more supportive higher on your ankles. i was used to wearing obrien argons when i made the switch to these closetoes. these 3ds bindings allowed a lot more ankle motion that took some time to get used to - landings didn’t feel as solid because of the mobility. the other thing was that on big crashes, they didn’t seem to hold on to my feet as well and it hurt when they riped off. i did grow to love the close toe feeling tho. they are definately the most comfortable bindings i’ve had on my feet when it comes to landing out in the flats. entry is a breeze - don’t even need any lube. lastly, but least important for riding is that they are a great looking binding. people who i’ve let try them out also love them. go buy some - i got mine on sale for $200

These bindings were pretty hard to get into at first, but once they were broken in they were absolutely perfect! And then my fat-footed friends tried to force their way into them and now they’re a little too big. But I guess this would happen with any bindings...note to self: buy an extra pair of crappy bindings for your friends...

Overall a great binding. Good support but still has some flex. Very comfortable and doesn’t cut off circulation like other bindings I’ve tried. I do like the closed toe. I think it gives a bit more control. Would be nice to have a way to adjust the front of the binding forward of the laces. Overall nice kicks.

This bindings are SUPER stiff and take some time to get used to. After a few days of break-in I have fallen in love with these things. They are essentially a snowboard boot and the support is phenomenal. You may hate them at first, but after you get used to them you want buy another flexible boot again. My Murrays busted and I switched to the 3DS and after riding them for a month or so now, I will definitly not go back to a soft boot.

I like these bindings alot the comfort is great and the support is like a dream. The only thing i am going to say bad about these bindings is they are a bitch to get out of sometimes but that is the only thing I am going to say bad about these bindings. They are badass

These bindings are impressive. The support is awesome and has improved my toeside riding 100%. Landings are real soft, and they are so comfy that I ride almost twice as long as I did with my old bindings. I highly recommend if you have the extra cash to spend.

This bindings are the greatest I’ve had. Super comfy!!! A little hard to get in without soap but with soap, the soap does not wash out too fast like open toe bindings which makes for a little slippery ride in the beginning. The support is great and you can adjust the top strap if you want a little less support. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE BINDINGS!!!!!!!

These bindings are insanely comfy. Very nice investment. Your riding really does start with the binding and not the board and these are in a league of their own. These boots really can improve your riding. Sounds lame I know but it’s true. The only question going in was drainage, and it’s fine. I am riding better, and longer than ever. The dabate is over. Go get em’.

I`m still relativly new to the scene, but i`ve rode alot bindings. I can honestly say these are by far the best binding i have ever come across. Well worth the money. I did however rip the inside of the left boot. All it really did was feel kinda funny on my foot, nothing drastically noticeable though. These bindings are for BAMFs

Best binding i ever bought i love the snake skinn inner liner and the closed toe it is pretty tough to get into though i found out that it is easier dry that wet thanks to that liner but with soap i can do it without my hands i love the stiffness and just everything about the binding

I love these bindings, I like a stiff boot bc it seems like i have more control in the air. Im a big snowboarder aswell so i love the stiffness, doing inverts and spins are alot easier, but boning them out is a lil harder. HOWEVER as much as these have been the best bindings I have purchased, the closed toe ripped on me!! Take a scare crow over the front and tell me where your toes go. haha. I was pissed, and the quality is another thing. Since its like a leather material on the outside they decided to glue it on the sides. Its lighter this way but the material started to peel off. SO Quality I give it a 3 max. Thats just bc i love the new neo sock. It would be alot less. Sorry guys dont wanna rag on them but they ripped. But I still ride anyway.

I am plesantly surpises because I love the closed toe design. My first time using these bindings I didn’t need slime to get into them. When I use slime I don’t even have to use my hands. Your foot is definately locked in. I have taken some pretty nasty falls in them and my feet didn’t slip at all. The neoprene sock is oh so comfortable. I really like these!!

Super damn comfy and a big step up from last year’s 3ds bindings. Fit really nice and tons of support with no pressure points on your foot. Material at the toe is really soft and squisy so I don’t think you could ever break your toes at all. Nice and warm in 52 degree water. Not hard to get into if you own them and have figured out how after like, the second time getting in. Snakeskin material is mega comfy the footbed is soo sick. Buy these if you want a good supportive and mega comfy binding.
