2006 CWB Tsunami 4' 9"
The short board craze is poppin'! Quite a bit shorter than the Ride, the Tsunami enables the pilot the freedom of spins and shoves at a much easier level. With a fast rocker line this short trick board is a must have for seasoned surfers who are ready to rock. Comes with three removable fiberglass fins at the tail and a one nose fin. This gives you the option of riding with a locked down feel or remove a couple fins and slide around easier to learn threes and shoves. The Tsunami also has a shaped edge from tip to tail for bite into the wake, EVA tip protector, molded kick tail and, of course, the free instructional DVD with the pros showing you how it is done at nine miles an hour.

I have surfed, skateboarded and snowboarded for over 20 year. I carve very hard on my inland surfer and that board rocks. This thing has the worst rails imaginable. I rode it once and I would sacrifice it to the surf gods but my boat is a constant swell. Keep looking for other boards.

not for me the board is not for a heavy person other than that it spins good and it carves nice but it wont keep up with the wake for me

This board was a blast to ride. It moves right where you want it to and spins very easily/consitantly. Snap turns are easy and getting the fins loose, spinning backwards and bringing it back around are simple. My only gripe about this board (we had a pretty good wake - I swear) was its ability to keep you in the wave. Its not a forgiving board when it comes to keeping up with the wake if you weigh 185 like myself. Too much rocker slows you down. It planed really well for my girlfriend though (120 lbs) and she was able to go all over the wave without any problems. I wouldn’t buy this board if you are heavier and don’t have a huge/perfect wake.
