2005 O'Brien Diesel 137
New for 2005, the Diesel is an aggressive new shape for the recreational rider. Originally designed by a former OBrien Pro, this board has a killer 3-stage rocker and a big center flat spot for huge pop off the wake. The Diesel has four 1-inch molded in fins and a removable center fin for incredible tracking and stability on landings. This board was developed to be ridden finless, but we added a center fin for better tracking. The Diesel has strong edges delivering incredible edge hold while cutting into the wake, making it an awesome addition to the line.

ive only been wakeboarding about 7 times, and this is the first board ive owned. I use my other friends boards every once in a while, and i actually prefer mine to theirs. i like the speed it gives and the pop is ok.

Up until we bought a boat, I was using my buddy’s LF PS3... call me crazy but the ride feels very similar riding the moulded fins. The main difference was landings. It feels very hard landing, but is a great board with wicked-crazy pop that will throw you up HIGH. I still prefer the LF but I love this board. It is also great for the family too.

This is the first wakeboard I’ve ever owned and I couldnt be more satisfied. The ride is smooth and the control is perfect. I’ve only been wakeboarding 3 times, and me and my cousin were trying to see how much air we could get off the wake. I’d say this is a great board for beginners.

this board is a god beginner board. the finnless style is easy to ride, and funn on days with litle wind.
