2004 J-Star DVNT 140
From when he first charged the scene at the 2002 US Open to winning this year's Wakefest, Tino is quickly becoming a king of the new school of riders. With an aggressive edge-charging style, Tino has to have a board that transitions quickly, but pops like no other. The unique narrow and long linear step rail allows for strong, quick and powerful cuts into the wake. With 2.4 of rocker, this is our most deceivingly aggressive rocker line to date. To balance out this rocker line, Tino also needed a board that landed feather soft and balanced, so we added a slight v underneath the inserts to help breakup chop. The end result is buttery soft landings and less drag on the bottom. From the rider who kicked open the door doing heelside 7s to backside 9s, comes a super strong carver that transitions quickly edge-to-edge. Santori style is sure to dominate and influence in the years ahead.

I tried a few boards when trying to find my ideal first board. This felt so much better than any other board I tried. It’s very stable, and provides an awesome edge. This board is quick! 100% happy.
