2004 Liquid Force Ultra
The legend returns Stronger than ever with plenty of improvements for 04!! No other boot has dominated for so long. This boot is designed for the rider with one thing in mindFlexible Support. The Ultra is a no frills binding for those that know how to get into a binding and want to be able to do so without the help of laces, straps, ratchets, dials or buckles. The lack of such items allows this boot to have the flexible side to side movement that many riders are looking for. When I first got these bindings, they were really hard to get on and off, and my feet would cramp. Then I took the time to loosen the outer overlay, and now they fit awesome, aren’t hard to get into, and are very comfortable. If you feel that these are too tight, just take the time too adjust them.

Awesome Bindings. Use some newt juice and they are just fine to get in and out of. My size 11 feet fit the large just perfect and they really made me feel like I was part of the board. AWESOME!!!

Miserable to put on take off! I really cant stress this enough. Toughed it out for a season thinking they would break in, wrong. The good news: once youre in, youre in. Seriously, youre not getting out of these without some pain.

You have to get sizes XXXL to even be able to feel your feet so dont get small bindings when using you wont fit

Super super awesome to ride in. Super supportive and dont slip at all. There are a few problems. They are so hard to get on, even with a gallon of lube. And, getting them off is even worse. I usually have to have someone jump in the water with me to pull them off, and that is painful. They are not the most comfy for riding a long time in. If you dont mind the hassle to get them on and off, then these are definetly for you.

The bindings are ok, but they are nearly impossible for me to get out of, about a 3 man job including lube.

I have a complete parks setup, I prefer these bindings, there real good, if ya know how to get in and out properly!

I really love these bindings! This year i’ve bought some 2004 Ultras to replace my old 2000 Ultras. And there certainly is difference. The 04’s are much more comfortable (thanks to the lycra i think), and -believe it or not- easier to get on & off! It still takes some practise though, but not really a problem. Still faster to get on & off than other bindings because you don’t need to deal with all kinds of laces and straps :)

For beginners these bindings are hard to get in and out of, but if you know what you’re doing its a snap. Sometimes i swear these are the most comfortable bindings but other times they hurt a little. Unless you want to fork out $400 for something like the parks this is the best performance you will get for the price. Better performance than the Alphas little less comfort if you want to go big get these instead of the Alpas.

these suck.im serious.they are hard to get into and out of.i had 2 battle with these for ages. they start aching after 20 minutes.these are not recomended at all!!!

These bindings SUCK... Really, they do! These shoes have the greatest suction ever! Your feet’ll never move while riding ’cuz your heel is totally sucked into it. It’s sweet! The footbed is super comfortable; no pressure points; and no hassle of laces or cranks. It’s a simple binding that allows you to Poke ’n Bone out every trick with ease. I’m tellin’ ya, go with the Ultras... Dooo it...

The ride is excellent.. if u dont mind your feet hurting like hell. Hard to get in and held so well i somehow ripped the binding off of the board on exit

these bindings are the worst they are so hard to get on and off and this just takes all of the fun out of your riding you cant enjoy your ride as they hurt aswell.so if you are planning on buying these rather consider another option ,maybe something with an easier entry and release.

These are just awesome... the plate is stiffer than past years... the footbed is just as plush as it needs... the lycra lining is so comfortable... does not really improve the getting in part, but really comfy... and the hold and freedom of movement... those are the best bindings ever... simply the best...

These bindings are absolutely perfect if you have 5 minutes to get out of them with, but once ur out all pain and numbness goes away....well not much pain or numbness just hard to get out of, their super super comfortable while riding footbeds soft and no pressure points at all in the bindings, id definitly buy them again, and than once after that

It may be of my footsize (13) but everytime I ride the XLs my feet hurt like hell. There pretty hard to get into and out of (lots of soap). But once your in they stay on your feet pretty well unless you bust real bad.

These are some awesome bindings. The only reason I gave them a rating of 4 in entry easy and release is because, THEY’RE ULTRAS MAN!! Everyone knows that they’re a little harder to get in and out of, but they make up for it in other areas. I wish I could have given them a higher rating in support, hold, and comfort. Bindings rock, a lot better than last year.
