2004 Hyperlite Fluid 137
Designed to establish wakeboarding's roots on the freeride originator. A relaxed overall ride that lets you enjoy the soul of being sideways at a slower pace.
Universal boards have a mellower overall feel for riders that aren't in a rush. Hyperlite's longest running series comes complete with a Sure Thing fin designed for first time riders to focus on the basics of turning, edging and jumping, instead of trying to keep the board under control all the time. The board for relaxed recreational carves, if you had to choose just one. |

This is a great learning board. The Sure Thing fin is too big, makes it hard to do surface 180’s. Very predictable.

Timeless board. I have been riding this for years (mine is a late 90s model, but it exactly the same and current) and am only getting off because the board end is splitting again (split 3 years ago but I epoxyed it back together and it worked fine.) Time for me to move on to something with more tracking and more pop. This board is a perfect board for beginners and intermediates. Too many people who can barely jump the wakes buy a Parks or Bylerly and those boards will slow their initial progression. You can ride this board well into many intermediate invert tricks. This board is great for spins.

My freind just got this board. The review might be a little sketchy b/c i got to ride it once. Its a great board, and you can get some mad rotation on it.
