2004 Hyperlite Byerly 132
Four years of research, several pro model designs and countless hours in the shaping room has led to Flow-Thru technology. A new era in board design allows for a tighter feel with the water for a rail riding style and a new Byerly boot off the kicker. Wakeboards will never be the same.
Styles may change but style doesn't. Scott first entered the scene in 1992 with a different approach to the industry and look on the water. He rode then and now with a knees-bent, relaxed style that will never be duplicated. Byerly rides a board the way it's meant to be ridden - on the rail and always in control. For the last couple of seasons both Scott Bouchard and Scott Byerly have been collaborating on a new shape that would bring out all of the characteristics of an often imitated but never duplicated appearance. A new design that offers the strongest grip when initiating a turn with a solid overall edge hold. This new faster rocker line has the explosiveness you could only get from this trademark bend. An increased sidecut and Flow-Thru rail makes this board less work to session the wake. 3-Stage rocker boards are now even easier to be ridden finless. Byerly's new ride has a contoured deck offering greater heel and toe response by having the bindings lowered into the board. Byerly Features:
