this board is really responsive. very easy to whip around shuv-its but i dont think its much of a wake to wake skate.

I rode this board at texas ski ranch and it felt like a brick! shuvits are impossible on it, it doesn’t have much pop and It has got to way 20 pounds!

I wouldn’t call this an ’advanced’ board, it just feels different from a regular shape. Turns are smoother, it pops a little different and lands softer. Give this one a try if you get a chance.

I’ve ridden this board and the Cassette 43" concave. I like both boards for different reasons. The kampus has a more stable feel, more forgiving, and takes less effort to spin. The cassette has a higher kick-tail (easier ollies) and is more responsive (more aggressive concave top). They both are worth the money. Haven’t had them long enough to talk about durability. Both get bubbles in the grip tape at first. I’ve had the cassette longer (ends starting to lose sealant, will have to reapply in off-season).
