2002 Hyperlite Fluid
A board for riders that have a more relaxed angle into the wake and want a board with a progressive flowing style. A mellow boardshape to bring out the fundamentals of riding a wakeboard. This board has very good tracking and speed, but I gave pop a 3 because I can’t ollie very high with it. I have only gone up to a 360, but so far I have had no problems spinning the board around. And the landings aren’t as forgiving as some other boards, but the landings are soft.

I love this board. It lands extremely smooth and has good tracking. I haven’t tried any sliders yet, however, I will be soon. It gets good pop off the wake and spins pretty good. I highly suggest this board for anybody in the beginner-intermediate range

This is a very easy board to ride. I learned my very first back roll on it and have since progressed. It is a very inexpensive, high quality board, and it has been great for me. It is by no means, a beginner board, and many of my friends who are very advanced still go back to the basic design of the fluid.

We hired this board to see how we could handle the wakeboard over skiing. After having a spin around the lake we found wakeboarding to be far from boring and are looking into buying it. One thing we noticed when doing a 180 on the water it became very hard to spin all the way around and thats why i gave it a low spinning score.
I hope everyone else out there liked it as much as we did.
P.S The bindings we had fixed to ours SUCKED!!! every time you fell off or didnt get up fully they just slid right off. Very agrivating after about the 4th time.

I started out on a fluid and they are pretty awesome boards. I think it is the best board you can buy when you are first starting out. In fact i have the 2001 in my garage.
