2002 Liquid Force Trip 133.5 Ultracore
Liquid Force has been working on a new way to make wakeboards for the last few years and they are finally ready to unveil the new technology to the wakeboard world. "We have been working on a way to make the boards lighter, and at the same time have a better, more springy flex pattern for a long time" says Tony Finn, Liquid Force founder. "We found it with the Ultra Core. It’s a 100% pure balsa core that has been specially developed for us for use in wakeboards. It’s over 2 lbs. lighter then a traditional wakeboard, and outperforms any type of core that has been used before."
The Ultracores will be available in two shapes, the Trip 33.5 and the Trip 38. Liquid Force’s team riders have been an integral part of the testing, and are all super stoked on the boards. Gregg Necrason the #1 test rider says, "Besides the obvious fact that the board is lighter than any other board I’ve ridden, it rides so much better. I’ve never actually felt flex like this out of a board before. It’s a lot like the snap that you get on a snowboard. It feels a lot different off of the wake because you actually feel the snap off the top of the wake. It’s a really cool feeling."

This is one of the best damn boards I have ever rode. Excellent pop off the wake, picture perfect landings, great for cable riding. I spin into the 1000’s. Great for sliders. AND THE GRAPHICS ROCK!!! THESE ARE THE COOLEST GRAPHICS I HAVE EVER SEEN ON A BOARD!!! LIQUIP TRIP 133.5 FOR LIFE! I don’t know if it is my new 12ft pole or this board but I am cathing about 15 ft of air off the wake on my 2001 Sea Ray

I have been riding 138’s and up. Tried the Ultra Core 33.5. Huge Pop, able to take all my inverts bigger and fatter. Was able to stall them out and put some invert combos together. I watched a buddy of mine who is 220lbs or so ride the 33.5, he got bigger fatter air than ever before. The board is AMAZING. Willing to bet you’ll see some copy cats soon. I suggest everyone try this board.

i never ride this board, but i’m sure that this is something like THE board. execpet for the graphic 1 men, this is one of the uglyer 2001-2002 wakeboards i’ve seen, if not, THE ulglyer. i juste can’t belive it. but i’m very ultra sure this board ride like no other.
