2001 Hyperlite Belmont
A new, easy-entry, custom fitting, and responsive binding from the man you would expect it from. You have probably seen a photo or video showing Murray riding weird looking, front lace-up bindings. Features: 400 heel material. 380 toe material. Quick cinch, front entry lace for the easiest entry design in a high end boot without sacrificing support. Option 2 strap for greater heel hold down. New pro footpad for super soft landings and increased leverage cutting into the wake. Pull strap.

AWSOME! A bit of advice to those on a tight budget. Save money on the board and invest in a set of Belmonts. Best $300 I have spent in a while. Good luck, have fun.... big air!!!

The most comfortable, easy to get into/out of high-end binding I have ever tried.
I have to work a little harder on take-offs, cause the lateral support is not as stiff as most.
The landings, though .... like hitting fresh pow off a kicker on a spring day! Soft and forgiving. Excellent footbed.

These are by far the most comfortable bindings around! I got a pair for my wife too and we both love em. The ankle strap is awesome with a little adjustment and the laces allow you to wear them as loose or tight as you like. The landings are butter. Go buy some now!!!

I just got a pair and they rock. Super easy to get into. I just need to get used to the laces and strap and getting out should be just as easy. Super-soft footbed and extremely comfortable. I tried the O’Brien Plush Pro and the Liquid Force *sucs before settling on these. I probably could have used something with a stiffer wrap material for added ankle support, but these are sufficient.

I love my Belmonts. They are so easy to get into (much easier than the ultra suctions i used to use), that super thick foot pad makes landing in the flats a breeze, they have good support, really good hold (especialy when the Option 2 strap is on), and will release on those nasty face-plants. the only thing that was kinda bad was, the foot pad is so thick that theres almost no room between the top overlay and the pad but i got used to it.

This binding is truly wonderful. It is real easy to get in and out of. The foot bed is extremely comfortable. The binding is a little expensive, but it is worth it.

i bought a pair of these the day i tried em on in the shop, i didnt even need to try em on a wakeboard, one thing you gotta do with hypes bindings is wear them in a hot tub, without the wakeboard, it will mold the rubber to your feet, all you need then is glass... make sure you use some slime tho cuz youll give yourself a hernia trying to get thems shits on

These are the best bindings ever made. A bit on the pricy side, however they feel like your landing in a bowl of Jello. Super Soft Foot bed with all the suport you need.

Like all bindings, once you break these in, they fit great. It seems like the older belmonts have much better support than the new ones. Entry is a cinch with lube and the lace up system is great because you can adjust the tightness of your bindings. Comfort is top notch except my foot is messed up and if i use a small my toes fall asleep, but with a medium i can pull my foot out while i ride. Overall, these are very high quality bindings (since 2001 all I’ve done is replace one overlay) and are worth the money. Stick with the 01’s and not the new 03’s, as i have tried both and believe the 01s have better overall support.

These bindings are definitely worth the money. I got mine new in ’01 and I’ve used them almost every weekend ever since. Living in Hawaii, I’ve never experienced any trouble with the heat or the salt water effecting the bindings at all. These are top of the line bindings fit for a king.

Love these bindings. Good support but loose enough to let you really tweak out your favorite grab. Love going big out into the flats, doesn’t bother me at all. 6’4’’ 250lbs riding 142 Byerly.

SICK!! i can get into these without lube( xl’s 10.5 foot) i can crank these down super tight. I adjusted the overlays in about 10 minutes. No crappy plastic or carbon baseplates...... sure beats the old pain in the a$$ ultras

These bindings are awesome!!! Having come from the base hyperlite bindings which came with my "Element" - "Hyperlite Raiders" - i noticed a massive difference with mad comfort and support. These bindings alone have made a massive improvement in my riding alone!!! ;) Rock on Hyperlite!!!

The second i set foot in these bindings, i was in heaven. the footbed is like a marshmallow. This is definitely the top binding ever made.
right now i have the 2001 L.F. super suctions, and they hurt my feet, so im getting the belmonts in 2 weeks. The belmonts are definitely worth every penny. you can have my word on that.

When I bought these I honestly expexted them to be much better. They feel kinda okward when you’re in them, and if you take a good bail out in the water, good luck getting them back on. The big cooshy foot bed just draws people in, but all in all i’d say these are not worth it. The Highbacks and Byerly’s are way better!

These are so amazingly comfortable. I can’t say enough. They are the most plush thing I have ever put on my foot! Super easy to get into, don’t need anything! Not even water! Cinch the laces and you’ve got a perfect fitting marshmallow around your foot. Only thing is I felt my heel lift a little, but I’m sure that could be fixed by adjusting the overlays. BEST BINDING I’VE EVER TRIED!

I spent all last summer with bruised heels and sore knees. At 6’1" and 200 lbs. I need more than an average binding and the belmont delivers. The best footbed out there. No more trips to the chiropractor for me.

these are the worst bindings i have ever riden with. they have no support, your feet come out as you’re popping off the wake, and they’re footbed is horrible. i advise strongly against these disgrace for bindings. switch to liquid force, that’s where the quality is. hyperlite sux, xcept for the Parks.

These bindings are great. I don’t know how they could get much better. I would advise to not get them too tight. If you do, your feet can start hurting. Pull the string snug, but not as hard as you possibly can. If you are coming out of other bindings into these, you won’t believe how much more comfortable the footbed is. ENJOY!

DRAPER PLAYA’S- "What’s up Kevin, Moomba, Jay" These Bindings increase your learning curve because of the control and comfort they give. You should save up and get a pair! Don’t waste a whole summer learning in poor boots that are always coming off. You ’stay’ in these boots until you take them off and they don’t hurt your feet at all.

I am a tall wakeboarder, 6’1’’ and these bindings aren’t too great for taller riders, they are too low and give no support, however if you are around 5’6’’ or 5’7’’, these bindings will be perfect for you. Very good bottom, nice landings off of big double ups. I have highbacks right now, and when i do a big slob 3 into the flats, it really hurts my feet, but not with these bindings.
