2001 Blindside Stingray 137
The board ridden by the Number 3 ranked rider on the 2000 Pro Tour, Erik Ruck! The hooked rails, help to create one of the best tracking boards on the market. Why add more fins, with more weight, when this board led Erik to the 2000 Detroit Tour Stop victory stand? It will take anything you can throw and still help you ride away clean!

I’ve already written a review for this board but I’ve spend alot more time riding it now and have more to say: I’ve found it to be really unstable in the chop, otherwise its perfect. Once you are used to the bucking style pop you can really get kicked straight up, and I’ve found I can ride away on most sketchy landings. A very user friendly, excellent tracking board. I’d really give it a 4.5

This is definitally the best all around board I have ever ridden. Huge pop, and soft landings, that is one of my favorite things, when you bust huge it doesnt pound the water and blow out your knees, the tracking is smooth and tight and it accelerates nice. I suggest 1.5 inch slider fins for all riding conditions as it provides a feel similar to a snowboard.

This board has great pop off the wake and the contol is unbelivable. When hitting sliders you have alot of control to keep the board underneath you. All i have to say is this board kicks ass. Also, Good luck Erik this year on the tour. Hopefully you take top 3 again. Erik is coming out with his own board so watch for that coming soon

I am very happy with this board’s performance. Seems to make riding tricks out easier because of the great tracking. Graphics are real sweet too. This is my first BS board, but I heard they hold up real well, also.

This was my first board and I have loved it! It is squirrely when the water conditions are not just right, but not hard to keep under control once you know the basics. Provides lots of pop and fun riding!

This Board Rocks! smooth handling at Take off and Traking is very smooth. this board gives you so much pop, I can do a front flip from behind a jetski!(now that’s pop!) this board is hard to control in moderate chop conditions, but get it in some smoother water and look for the tricks to Flow. Going Finless is Easy and you can still get good edge, landings are smooth and I have abused my board for 3 years now, Flipping, Sliding, Grinding, and it Holds up Awsome! if you want a board that will keep your interest level up and your pain level down, check out the BS Stingray, you will love it! it works equaly well behind Boat, JetSki, and Even at the Cable parks, what a Great Ride!
