2001 Blindside Sequence
New for 2001! Our brand new pro model with deep tracking groves and a slider friendly fin design. When we designed this board, our riders drove our R&D guy crazy. We probably designed 8 different test models for our pros to try, including finless ones. Our rider's conclusions: finless boards don't work in all riding conditions! Now we feel that we have come up with the most technologically advanced and rider friendly board on the market. New design features: Concave tip and tail. This is a something new that we discovered in our testing. No other board on the market has this tip and tail shape. This concave area forces the water under the tail for huge lift and pop off the wake. New 2.5in. rocker for bigger air. Dagger Fin: At 1.5in. deep and 6.75in. long, this low profile fin is perfect for use on or off sliders, docks and kickers. Tracking channels: When most companies have decided to add material to the bottom of the board to create built in fins, we have done just the opposite. We have taken material out of the board to create super deep tracking channels and grooves, allowing the board to track without a fin. Fin out, amazing tracking. Fin in, amazing tracking. The choice is yours.

Actually Nate Richins is a friend of mine, he says he’s never ridden the board. Being as how he rides for hyperlite, he wants to remind everyone to buy one of those. I personally love blindside and am going to buy a new stingray!

Ride this board and it speaks for its self, ultimate rail control, surprisinlgy for a larger board the Pop is up there with the best, simply clearing the wake becomes a chore for all levels. Its control both in and ABOVE the water is phenominal.

The people at Blindside have got it right with the sequence, no other board comes close. The boards alround feel on the water gives the rider great tracking but still pleanty of pop and a heap of controll on the landings. 5/5 for me.

This board is by far the most superior
board on the market. Nate Richins of provo utah said it is better than
!*ANY*! hyper-heavy or ghetto neptune on the market!

This board rocks. It was designed in part by my friend Richard Schiro, and Blindside worked hard to make a board that works well for many riders yet is advanced enough to land the harder tricks. While I am not landing inverts consistently, the board tracks well and my friends love it too.

Not only is this a sweet looking board, it performs as well as it looks. Since I’ve been riding this board, I’ve made drastic improvments. This is a great board, I’d reccomend it to anyone.

I have to say this board is cool as hell but it takes some getting use to. It kind of has a hydroslide feel in the rear meaning the back will slide around a little until you get use to it. The landings are really soft and the board spins off the wake really nice. the board is really hot for switching or slides. Clearing the wake is fairly easy. Great board for beginners and advanced riders. With Blindside gone no more warranty’s though.. Buyers beware@!

This is the sickest board I have ever ridden. I have progressed faster with this board than anything previously. The pop on this board make getting big air easy and the fluidity of it makes doing the tricks in the air effort less. Landings are incredibly stable and soft.
